Seelife is a smart ring worn on your finger, paired with the Seelife App on your phone. Together they help you see how your body is doing across sleep, recovery, daily activity, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, and stress-related trends—without checking multiple apps or devices. Each morning you get a clearer read on your overall state, so you can decide whether today suits focused work, light movement, or extra rest.
Seelife tracks sleep stages and sleep quality, recovery and readiness scores, resting and active heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), daily activity such as steps and active burn, blood oxygen (SpO₂), skin temperature trends, and patterns linked to stress and recovery. What you see depends on your ring model, App settings, wear quality, and signal conditions—some metrics may be limited when data quality is low or the ring is worn too loosely.
The ring captures signals from your finger around the clock, but it has no screen and does not show charts on its own. The Seelife App syncs that data, turns it into scores and trends you can read, sends insights and reminders, and handles pairing, firmware updates, privacy settings, and device management. Without the App, you cannot set up the ring, view your history, or get the full picture of your wellness.
No. Seelife is designed for general wellness and fitness awareness only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The insights you see are meant to support everyday decisions about rest, activity, and lifestyle—they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have health concerns or symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Download the Seelife App from the App Store or Google Play, then create an account or sign in. Charge your ring using the included case, enable Bluetooth on your phone, and open the App’s pairing flow. Follow the on-screen steps to connect your ring—usually this takes a few minutes. Once paired, wear the ring as directed (sensor facing the palm side of your finger) and allow some time for baseline data to build for more meaningful insights.
